I started over 2 years ago and have stuck with it because of the caring coaches and the family atmosphere. The coaches will challenge you as well as give modifications, so this 30 minute bootcamp is truly for all fitness levels. I've tried so many new things and pushed myself more than I ever would on my own. Highly recommend!

I have been attending for a little over a year and every single workout includes instructions on how to do the movements correctly so that you do not injure yourself. I love the 5:15am crew; we encourage each other and its fun! I now have muscles I never knew I had.

HFBC is absolutely the best! Coaches actually care and take the time to explain each exercise before every class! They always encourage and I really enjoy the atmosphere. To top it off classes are only 30 mins! Perfect for a Momma!

I love the variety of workouts, flexible class times and that it is 30 minutes! The coaches are great! This is the first gym that I have actually stuck with! Been going for a year.
